Each connected bank account of a CLIENT business costs $5 on Direct. On Partner it costs $6 — the extra $1 is not kept by GoCounting: it is shared with the accountants who brought you in.

Does the $49 subscription change if I pick Partner?
No. Both plans keep the same $49/month subscription with the same features, and it includes up to 8 of YOUR OWN connected accounts.
What are the $5 and $6 charges for?
Only to connected bank accounts of your CLIENT BUSINESSES, from the first one. Direct: $5 per client-business account per month. Partner: $6. Your own 8 included accounts never pay this.
Why does Partner cost $1 more per client account?
That extra $1 is the only money that funds referral commissions: $0.70 to level 1, $0.20 to level 2 and $0.10 to level 3. If a level does not exist or is not eligible, GoCounting keeps that part.
Do I get paid for recruiting accountants?
No. Nothing is paid for signing someone up. Commissions only come from eligible, active, PAID client-business accounts in your network.
Do the 8 included accounts or the $49 generate commissions?
No. Neither the $49 subscription nor the 8 accountant-owned accounts generate commissions for anyone.
How much can I charge my clients?
On Partner you pay $6 per client-business account and can resell it up to $10. The difference is your reseller margin, separate from referral commissions.
When is a commission paid?
It is created as pending when the client account invoice is paid, waits a refund window, then becomes approved. Real payouts are only switched on after legal review; until then you see your balance but no money is sent.
What happens with refunds, chargebacks or cancellations?
A refund or chargeback reverses the commission it created. A canceled account simply stops generating new commissions.
Can I refer myself or change my sponsor?
No self-referrals and no circular chains. Your sponsor is locked when you sign up; only an admin review can correct it.
Am I forced to join Partner?
No. You choose Direct ($5) or Partner ($6) and can switch. Partner requires accepting the Partner agreement.
When does Partner pay for itself?
Partner costs you $1 more per client account. You break even when level-1 commissions ($0.70 each) cover it: e.g. 100 client accounts → 143 eligible level-1 accounts.
Is referral income guaranteed?
No. Examples are illustrative. Referral income is not guaranteed and depends on eligible, active, paid accounts. Results exclude applicable expenses, fees, taxes, cancellations, and refunds.

Who pays for the connected accounts?
You choose per client: you pay them, or the client pays them through the pay link (at your price). The client always pays BEFORE connecting a bank.
What exactly is a connected account?
Each bank account or credit card that syncs every day (read-only). Uploading a PDF statement is not a connected account.
Do I need an App Store account for White Label?
No. Your clients install your app from your domain ("Add to Home screen") with your icon and name.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, month to month. Your clients and books stay exactly the same.
Does GO-COUNTING file taxes?
No. It keeps the books and gives you the P&L and Schedule C view; tax decisions stay with you as the professional.
