GoLeads AI, SeekNova AI and GoCounting AI are services operated by SEKENOVA AI Technologies Corp. (“SeekNova AI”) (“we”, “us”). This policy covers goleadsai.com, seeknovaai.com, the GoLeads AI, SeekNova AI and GoCounting AI apps and the text messages (SMS) we send. Text messages are sent under our registered messaging brand JEBA Solutions LLC, a related company.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account and use GoLeads AI — your name, business name, email address, and phone number — plus data you generate using the platform (searches, content, campaigns).
If you provide your phone number, we use it to verify your identity (one-time codes) and — only for the categories you choose to opt into — to send you (a) account & service (non-marketing) text messages such as appointment reminders, document requests, and tax/insurance service updates, and/or (b) marketing & promotional text messages. Opt-in for service texts and for marketing texts is separate and optional, is never required to use the service, and can be withdrawn at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, mobile information, or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties for their own marketing. Any sharing with our messaging processors (e.g., Twilio, GoHighLevel) is solely to deliver the messages you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of a category at any time; reply HELP for help. You can also manage your choices in your account under Communication Preferences.
To operate the platform, generate AI content, verify your identity, process payments (via Stripe), provide support, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted providers (Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, GoHighLevel, AI providers) solely to deliver the service. They process data only as needed to provide their function and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.
If you choose to connect your Gmail account, GoLeads AI requests only the gmail.send permission (plus your email address to show which mailbox is connected). We use it only to send the emails you create or approve in GoLeads AI (for example, your campaign emails to your leads), from your own mailbox and on your behalf. We do not read, store, or analyze the content of your inbox, and we do not send email you did not set up.
We store an encrypted access/refresh token so your scheduled emails can go out; you can disconnect at any time in GoLeads AI (Integrations → Gmail) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and the token is deleted. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models, and never transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide this feature or as required by law.
GoLeads AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you connect a bank or card in GoCounting AI, the connection is made through Plaid and we request only Plaid's Transactions product (account name, type and last 4 digits, balances and transactions). We never receive your bank password and the connection cannot move money. We use this data only for your bookkeeping, record your consent before connecting, and you can disconnect or revoke consent at any time. Transaction descriptions may be processed by AI providers to suggest categories.
Anonymous categorization signal: when at least three different businesses assign the same standard category to the same merchant name, that vote (merchant name and category code only — no amounts, no account or business identity) helps suggest categories to other businesses. The company owner can turn this off in GoCounting AI (Learning settings: “share anonymous votes” and “use the network”). Details: Security & Privacy.
Your data is stored securely and access is restricted. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of transmission is 100% secure. See Security & Privacy for the controls we use.
